A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay or 100% in the case of a non-refundable rate is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50%, as well as the tourist tax ( up to 14 years old) and the cleaning fee are to be paid on arrival by cash, debit card, VISA, Mastercard or bank transfer.
Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 by appointment; after 19:00 a late check-in fee of € 50,00 will be charged.
Check-out no later than 10:00 a.m.
No penalty will be applied for single cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date. The deposit will be refunded or can be used in full for a stay on another date not later than 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance (or not communicated) will incur a penalty equal to the full amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation, only the written receipt by email is valid.
There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
A security deposit of € 500 will be requested at check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after verification of the accommodation where the customer has stayed. In order to streamline the check-in procedure, the guest is kindly requested to present a credit/debit card enabled for pre-authorisation.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
